3. I will not provide misleading, manipulated, or false data to customers.
4. I will not engage in personal, informal, or non-professional chats with customers.
5. I will not handle customers’ Demat account, login credentials, or trading access.
6. I will not give any guaranteed returns, fixed income, “sure-shot”, or profit promises.
7. I will follow only approved research reports and SEBI guidelines.
8. I will not encourage excessive leverage or risky trades.
9. I will not share internal company data or research material.
10. I will not collect customer documents without authorization.
11. I will not ask customers for tips, money, or personal benefits.
12. I will not promise unrealistic accuracy levels like 90% or 95%.
13. I will not misuse company branding or authority.
14. I will strictly follow SEBI guidelines & compliance rules.
15. I understand any violation can lead to termination and legal action.
